Now for something completley different, the Landpride Runabout!
wanted to delete this post, but guess I cant because it is a new thread. I had posted a link to a picture of the Landpride Runabout. It was a little to much like a non-paid ad so it is removed.

You're right it does sound like a commercial.
And to be fair to Dennis, us who contribute to the cost of maintaining this board, and the other PAID ADVERTISERS who's ads are to the right side of the screen, why not send Dennis a belated Christmas present and get a snappy little ad of your own.
Best of luck.

There must be a middle ground here, I am very interested in this product and the new Kubota equivalent.
Chipuren, what are the 4wd runabouts going to sell for?
Art, Have you heard any prices on the new Kubota?

Chip, you misunderstood me, I did not ask or intend that you delete the thread, it was interesting and informative information.
I may have been a little strong in my hinting, but the only point I was trying to get across was that there is a difference between "commercial" and "personal" type posts.
Absoluteley NO offence intended.
Best of luck.

Well, I probably overacted deleting the post, seems I'm having a second Monday this weekk, didn't want to step out of bounds. Have lots of products and have always resisted the temptation to add me too quotes to various strings. In this case I thought this was a pretty unique product dont know of any direct competition. Mark to answer your question it is not available in 4WD, personally don't think it will be needed by most users has most of weight on back end, sort of like the old VW dune buggies.

I thought there was a second model with tandem seating and a more conventional layout like a golf cart with a dump bed and 4wd. Did I get it wrong?

I saw the new Kubota at the Lawn trade show in St. Louis in Nov. looked like quite the vehicle (well built like all of Kubotas stuff) The sales person told me the price would be around $9000 to $110000 But looked to me to be a better an heavier built machine than the Polaires or mule. I wish they would have been out last year when I bought my Vinson. Happy an Healthy New Year to all Geterdun
